2. ITIL® 4 Practice Manager (PM) - Gain the practical skills from the world’s most adopted IT service management framework.
The ITIL® 4 Practice Manager designation focuses on applying ITIL practices in real-life scenarios. It provides flexible, hands-on learning through shorter practice-based modules — available as individual one-day trainings or 3-day bundled programs. Each module helps professionals strengthen specific operational capabilities based on the 34 ITIL management practices, which represent the most practical elements of the ITIL® framework for performing work and achieving measurable results.
Current ITIL® practice-based modules include:
Monitor, Support & Fulfil Service Desk, Incident, Problem, Service Request, and Monitoring and Event Management
Plan, Implement & ControlChange Enablement, Release, Configuration, Deployment, and IT Asset Management

To earn the ITIL® 4 Practice Manager designation, you must complete either: Five individual practice modules plus ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver & Support (CDS), or One of the 3-day combined practice courses plus ITIL® 4 Specialist: Create, Deliver & Support (CDS).
Ideal for professionals who want to validate specific ITIL skills or strengthen cross-practice collaboration across service value streams.
3. ITIL® 4 Managing Professional (MP)  - Designed for IT practitioners responsible for managing IT-enabled services, teams, and workflows. It validates practical and technical knowledge for managing successful IT operations. Modules include:
Create, Deliver & Support (CDS) – Design, build, and deliver high-value digital services.
Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV) – Enhance customer journeys and stakeholder engagement.
High-Velocity IT (HVIT) – Enable agility and resilience in fast-paced digital environments.
Direct, Plan & Improve (DPI)

Frequently asked questions – ITIL® Certification and Renewal

Are AGILEPM HUB’s ITIL® programs accredited?

Yes. AGILEPM HUB is a PeopleCert Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) authorized to deliver ITIL® 4 training and exams.

Are exam vouchers included?

Yes, all ITIL® 4 programs — both live and eLearning — include an official PeopleCert exam voucher.

Do eLearning programs lead to certification?

Absolutely. Once you complete the eLearning program, you can book your official PeopleCert online exam anytime.

Do ITIL® certifications expire?

Yes. All PeopleCert certifications are valid for three years. You can renew them in one of two ways:
  • Attend and pass any ITIL® training and its corresponding exam — this will automatically renew all your active ITIL® certifications or
  • Maintain a PeopleCert Plus membership for three consecutive years and record 20 CPD points each year to keep your certifications valid.

Can I learn entirely online?

Yes. All programs are available remotely. You can choose between live online sessions or fully self-paced eLearning.
