Frequently asked questions

Who sends the book?

AGILEPM HUB is a PeopleCert Accredited Training Organisation. We order the official book from PeopleCert, and PeopleCert ships it directly to you.

Will I pay customs duties or taxes on delivery?

No. Books are shipped on a delivered duty paid (DDP) basis. All duties and taxes are paid before delivery by PeopleCert.

Which countries do you ship to?

Over 190 countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at support@agilepmhub.com.

Why is there a PeopleCert invoice in the parcel?

Customs requires a commercial invoice for international shipments. It shows the partner price that AGILEPM HUB pays PeopleCert. Your price is the standard retail price and includes express shipping, duties and taxes, and our support with your order.

What if the book arrives damaged?

Send us clear photos of the book and the packaging. We will arrange a free replacement.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel for a full refund until we place the order with PeopleCert, normally within 1 business day of payment. After that, the order cannot be cancelled.

Do I need the paper book for the exam?

No. Every AGILEPM HUB ITIL Version 5 eLearning course includes the official eBook in the PeopleCert Vitalsource Bookshelf app, and you can read it offline. Many learners still prefer paper for study and as a reference at work.

Can my company order several books?

Yes. For more than 5 copies of one title, please contact us for a quotation.
