How is the ITIL® Foundation (Version 5) Bridge exam conducted?

The exam is delivered by PeopleCert as an online proctored, closed-book exam. It consists of 20 multiple-choice questions with a duration of 30 minutes. Non-native English speakers receive additional time. The passing score is 13 out of 20 (65%).

Will I receive an official certificate?

Yes. Upon passing the exam, you will receive the official ITIL® Foundation (Version 5) certificate issued by PeopleCert.

Does passing the Bridge exam renew my ITIL certifications?

Yes. Passing any ITIL® (Version 5) certification renews your existing ITIL certifications for three years in line with PeopleCert’s certification policy.

Can I reschedule my live training session?

Yes. You may reschedule or change your training cohort before your exam voucher is issued. Once the exam voucher has been issued, changes are no longer possible.
