The ITIL® Foundation (Version 5) Bridge course is designed exclusively for professionals who already hold ITIL 4 Foundation and want to transition to ITIL® (Version 5).


This course focuses on:

Passing the ITIL® Foundation (Version 5) Bridge exam will renew your existing ITIL certifications for three years, in line with PeopleCert’s certification policy.

This makes the Bridge one of the fastest and most cost-effective renewal pathways.

  • Duration: 30 minutes (non-native English speakers receive additional minutes)

  • Passing Score: 13 correct answers (65%) or higher

    Upon passing, you will receive the official ITIL® Foundation (Version 5) certificate.

Exam Delivery

To receive your official PeopleCert Exam Voucher, please complete the “Voucher Request” form located inside this eLearning course.
Once you submit your details, our team will manually order your Exam Voucher Code from PeopleCert.
You will receive your Exam Voucher Code via email from passport@peoplecert.org within 24 hours (Monday to Friday, during Hong Kong official working hours, excluding HK public holidays).
Please check your SPAM/Junk folder and ensure you provided a valid email address if you haven’t received the email within this timeframe.
The Exam Voucher Code is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Refunds are not available after exam voucher is issued.

Can I upgrade to the live instructor-led version later?

Yes! You can upgrade to the Live Instructor-Led Certification Training anytime by paying the difference in course fees (before your exam voucher is issued).
